Paramore is back! After a five-year hiatus, the trio released on Wednesday (28), the single “This Is Way”, the first from the new album. The music video was also released, directed by Brendan Yates, the aesthetic has the style of the 1970s. The band consists of Hayley Williams, Zac Farro and Taylor York.

In a statement, Hayley wrote how happy she was with the return: “For many reasons that I can’t even put into words, I think we are about to experience our happiest and most satisfying moments as Paramore.”

Furthermore, it was also revealed that the new album, titled with the same name as the single, “This is Why”, will be released on February 10, 2023. Before the sixth disc, the band will release two more singles, “Leave the House” on October 2nd and “Tonight” on November 3rd.
