Darius Jackson claims that Keke Palmer was the “primary aggressor” in their relationship, responding to her request for a domestic violence restraining order.

Jackson filed new court documents on Friday (15), claiming that Palmer was “engaged in abusive behavior” and subjected him to “physical and verbal abuse”. He also alleged that the actress “punched” him in the face “at a birthday party” on August 20, 2021, and also allegedly choked and hit him during an altercation on February 28, 2022.

The fitness trainer also claims that Palmer scolded him and called him names when she was allegedly drunk. In the documents, he stated that he is living with his mother and wants joint legal and physical custody of their 10-month-old son, Leo.
In November, Palmer was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex, as well as custody of their son. She accused Darius of “destroying [her] personal property,” “throwing [her] belongings into the street,” “throwing [her] car keys to prevent [her] from driving away,” “hitting [her] in front of [their] son” and “spewing profanities about [her] to [their] son”.
A criminal investigation into Palmer’s allegations is underway. A hearing on the restraining order is scheduled for January 9, 2024.
