Gui Santos, 21 years old, signed a contract with the Golden State Warriors, committing himself for three seasons. The talented Brazilian national team player was chosen by the Warriors as the 55th selection in the 2022 Draft.

After a season in the G-League, the Brazilian athlete was promoted to the main team. He impressed with his performance for the Santa Cruz Warriors in the NBA’s development league and also had a notable performance in the Summer League, a pre-season tournament for young athletes.

Gui Santos is the 19th Brazilian to earn a place on an NBA main squad and is the fourth player from Brazil to represent the Warriors, following in the footsteps of Scott Machado, Leandrinho Barbosa and Anderson Varejão.
Starting next week, Gui Santos will be integrated into the Warriors squad, where he will continue to participate in G-League matches, while at the same time being available to be listed for NBA games.
