In “Guts”, Olivia returns to her partnership with producer Daniel Nigro, with whom she worked on her first album, Sour. The singer’s debut work broke Spotify records in its launch week and was one of the best sellers of 2021.

Just like her last album, the new album also deepens the pains of growing up and the search for her own identity, a true roller coaster of feelings in the lyrics and rock-pop that can make you laugh, cry or sing at the top of your lungs.
Citing influences such as Jack White and St. Vincent for the new album, Olivia described Guts as “an album about growing pains and figuring out who I am at this point in life”, she states.
