The petition cites that irreconcilable differences is the reason for the split. In the filing, it says neither person should get financial support, and that the former couple have agreed on how to split their assets.

Bonet also asked for joint physical and legal custody of their two kids, Lola, 16, and Nakoa-Wolf, 15. She listed the pair’s date of separation as October 7, 2020, which is nearly a year and a half before they announced they were breaking up.
Lisa and Jason started to date in 2005, and secretly tied the knot on October 17. In January 2022, they announced they were no longer together, by sharing a joint Instagram post. “A revolution is unfolding and our family is of no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring”, it starts the post.
“And so We share our Family news that we are parting ways in marriage. We share this not because we think it’s newsworthy but so that as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty. The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived. We free each other to be who we are learning to become”, they added.
