With this suspension, Green must miss important games: two against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Houston Rockets, Phoenix Suns and San Antonio Spurs.

The pivot must still no longer receive US$770,000 in salary during the period in which he will not play. The length of the suspension was due to Green’s history of disciplinary problems and unsportsmanlike acts throughout his NBA career.

In addition, three players involved in the fight were also fined: Rudy Gobert, Klay Thompson and Jaden McDaniels will each need to pay 25 thousand dollars.

The confusion began when Klay Thompson and Jaden McDaniels had a disagreement on the court and started pushing each other. Soon the conflict escalated when Draymond Green arrived and tied Gobert, taking the French center to the ground.

Thus, after the other players and members of the coaching staff tried to separate the confusion, the referees reviewed the entire conflict. Three players were sent off: Draymond Green and Klay Thompson, from the Warriors, and Jaden McDaniels, from the Wolves.
