Jennifer Lopez reports she’s found balance with exercise to establish mental health

Jennifer Lopez has always displayed a beautiful physical shape on social networks and last Thursday (23), in an interview with US Weekly magazine, the singer told a little more about her day-to-day routine, training, mental health and how to reconcile professional and personal life.

The singer said that her day starts at 5 am and that she starts training from that time, regardless of her commitments: “I try to make the best choices and manage my time. I’m always evolving and looking for things that keep me excited and motivated”.

“I see a very positive relationship between exercise and mental health. When you find a balance between determination and focus, you naturally move towards your best version”, said J.Lo.

Recently, Jennifer Lopez released her new brand of shoes that she designed in partnership with Revolve. According to the singer, the launch covers several styles to make women feel confident and sensual, and that both worked to bring their ideas to life.
