According to the source, the two have been separated for a week and a half, and went through a difficult time after the season in Italy for the wedding of Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker, in which they had a lot of fun. “When they came back, they started to feel like they weren’t aligned and they realized they have very different lifestyles,” he told E!
